Do you provide transportation?

Transportation is available for medical appointments. Family members are encouraged to meet us at the doctor’s office when possible.

Do you offer private rooms?

Yes. We offer private and semi-private rooms.

What forms of payment does the facility accept?

The facility accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay. The facility will also bill third party insurance.

Do you have a beauty shop?

Yes, we have a full service salon and our beautician is in the facility on scheduled days each week. Services are provided for a fee.

Do you provide Hospice Care?

We have contacts with several Hospice providers in the area so your loved one is provided with end-of-life choices and support.

What is your policy regarding visiting hours?

Family members can visit any time as long as visitation in a resident’s room does not interfere with the roommate’s schedule or privacy.

Do you provide counseling for residents?

We have a social worker who provides ongoing emotional support and crisis intervention. Outside consultants are available to provide individual psychotherapy, as well as psychiatric evaluations and treatment.

Do you offer exercise classes?

Our therapy program provides one-on-one range of motion, strengthening, and ambulation workouts throughout the day.

What type of activities do you offer?

Our full-time activity director schedules a variety of activities including gardening, music programs, arts and crafts, games, cooking, and religious services that provide the residents with opportunities to socialize, learn, be creative, and interact with staff, family, and volunteers.

How does the facility staff?

The facility staffs above state mandated levels and based upon the level of care needed for our residents. The facility performs a thorough background check on all employees.

Do you have Internet access?

Wireless internet access is available in the building for residents.
